Brandon’s pizza is something you dream about from the second you take that last bite until the next time he prepares it for you.

Chef Humble MADE our weekend in the ADK’s with a special dinner at a bachelorette party. Chef had an artisanal spin on favorites like Cesar salads, meatballs and who could forget his dessert. He catered to our bride with some her favorite family meals - pierogis and pizza - and was engaged and celebratory alongside our crew! Did I mention dessert?! The cutest most creative spin on “dirt”, I think I had three flower pots…

Chef humble created and executed a beautifully, delicious menu for my cousins bachelorette party. He made our night by not only providing us with the tastiest dishes, but also celebrating along side of us and our bride to be to make the most comfortable private chef experience! I was able to give him one small idea of what our bride liked to eat and he took that and made us the most perfect personalized menu with the perfect spin on all of her favorite dishes. Working with Chef Humble was truly the most magical, easy going experience and I cannot wait to work with him again!

We found Brandon on-line and contracted him to Chef for our Family Reunion (123 participants, ranging from 8 to 94 years old) at a rented Lodge in the Adirondacks. Since he lived 2 ½ hours away from the site and we had an extra room, we invited him to spend an entire week with us, enabling us to get to know him well as a professional chef and soon as a friend as well.
He cooked two meals a day, for our group, a brunch at 11:30 AM and dinner at 7 PM, doing the necessary shopping, food preparation and cooking, and cleaning up, on a daily basis, following menus we had developed jointly with him, incl. appetizers, entrees and desserts and specialties like Indonesian Rijsttafel. He proved to be versatile and imaginative in the offerings he created for brunch and dinner, for adults and kids alike.
In the week Brandon spent with us, we got to know him personally: he is trained in yoga and offered to lead us in yoga sessions, joined the younger set on their fishing “expeditions” on the lake, and treated us to an Art Class (painting) for which he brought his own supplies. In short, we loved and admired his delicious cooking and came to think of him as a friend of the family.
We will not hesitate to retain him again as our chef if we have another opportunity.
